This bird really looks attractive and beautiful but its such a hit for Hunters in United States. I guess this bird is not endangered and it has a hunting season.Hunting birds is not allowed in my country anymore because they were endangered. So I have no choice but to stick with what is available. Is this very gamey? Does it taste like chicken or was it better than chicken.
