its difficult to happen........ but if it happens mankind will ocuupy it by saying that we r developing the earth in special mode...and so on

Then earth becames moon and moon becames earth, it is meaning less but ur question is funny and intresting. If it happens then we have to face may problems like terrorism, war, boood, etc,..
