I came across this link just now, and I DONT get it , can people really cause a spoon to bend using mind energy. I cant wait to try it, but I think my mom wont let me make a waste of her precious spoons :P ..
So if any of you have done it, please explain me the theory, I am very interested in such sorta stuff ^_______^

| |  I can do that trick. I've bent many a spoons over the years. Tell your mom that you won't break her spoons and you can bend them back into shape easily when your done anyway.
Just rub the spoon gently between your thumb and finger and focus your mind on bending the spoon with the heat transfer and the rubbing motion of your fingers.
If your mom still says no tell her I will buy her a new spoon myself! LOL!
