| | I know, once in a while, I click the button by mistake. I too prefer to give the discussion at least a month, some people get their answer right away though, and want the discussion resolved. With Appreciation. | | | | | | |

| | I completely agree. To a point. Like I mentioned, I know once today even, I click BR by complete accident, I felt bad because the post was only a week old. And since I did spend most of my day resolving discussions, it was almost habit to click the button. Also, I have chosen it from 1 - 3 posts, usually those are 3 months old or older though. I completely understand where you are coming from! With Appreciation. | | | |

| | I agree, some folks just decide right away, that is the answer they were looking for, you get BR, and I am sure many of them regret it, once a better post comes along. It is a learning process for many people. I am sure if you looked close, most of the people that choose that quickly would have less then 150 posts to their name. With Appreciation. | | | |

| | I usually pick my best answer by how original it is, and how much thought that was put into it. It also depends on on their popularity too. I am more apt to give someone with high points a br, which tells me they have been on mylot awhile and know the ropes | | | | | | |

| | Thats a good way to choose the response. You should never just pick the first answer even if no one else has commented on it. maybe just give it time. Some people just want to get it over with quick though I guess. | | | |

| | I don't know why some people choose a best answer so quickly. I have noticed that too. A discussion looks good, is fairly new and does not have many answers and already the author has chosen a best answer. Who knows why some mylotters do what they do. | | | | | | |

| | Yes It makes me almost not want to answer sometimes to because it seems like the person has already found there answer. I mean especially when its only a few days or a week old. I mean give it at least 3 weeks or so I think. | | | |

| | Yes, especially since we don't get any extra's from Mylot for choosing or posting the best answer, so what's the rush? I say wait at least a month to choose best answer, but three weeks is adequate. | | | |
