what you will do if your best friend friend asking money   

Well instead of always giving your best friend money. I would try to help hom get on his feet with a job. This will help him for life. Giving him money will help him for a day or a week. But once you know how to make money you will never have to ask someone for it to buy groceries or other things such as that. I hope you do not allow him asking for money to get in the way of your friendship.

shows that your friend is taking advantage of your kindness. better end that asking money before your friendship will suffer. you have to put limitation to it, you are not a charitable institution that has lots of money to give. you are the only who will say no to your friend. talk to him and make him understand that you are not rich and you do not have lots of money. i guess your friend has no respect with you at all. talk to him before he will be doing it to you over and over again. good luck and have a nice day!

If i'm capable to give the amount of money that my best friend want then i give him/her without any hesitation...means if he/she asking the money is not much high i will lend him/her or vice-versa...

You are really a best friend because you are extending your generosity to your bestfriend. He or she is lucky to have you. It is the commandment of God "to love your neighbor as thyself". Your neighbor is your bestfriend. But if your bestfriend is asking money for nothing, that's another story. But if you're giving to help her or him, God will bless you in return in many ways. But it doesn't mean the blessing comes from your bestfriend. There will come a time that your bestfriend will return in an unexpected circumstances.

That appears to me some pathological state with lack of self respect or so
A friend in need is a friend indeed unless there is actual need the friend should not be helped because giving money to friend is the beginning of the the enmity that shall ensue when the friend is unable to return or does not purposely return the money
If you want friendship do not give money
A real friend is full of self respect and neverr asks for money
This is a psuedo friendship which wants money
I shall never give money to a friend when he asks for it

If he is a real friend to you, he will not ask you a money most of the time. Maybe you're just too good to him, and he over used you. If from the very beggining you didn't let him, to ask money from you, Im sure he will never do it over and over again. I understand that you're just concern about him. Instead of giving him a money, why don't you help him on how to earn, in order to satify his own needs. That's a true friendship. I hope you already learned your lesson about it. And it's your own decision too, if you still want to help him.
