How do you make a Website design?  

Adobe Dreamweaver is my choice - I am currently building a theme for a time pass.

I only know how to use html right now so its all I can do =/

I am trying to learn as much as I can before switching to a different style of website making.

For the design, i use Photoshop and to create the whole site pages and others things, i use Notepad.

I don't like WYSIWYG editors and so I make all my designs using just a text editor. I like notepad++ when working on windows and on linux i use gedit. gedit is all I need, it's simple and it has some features that make it suitable for html editing such as sintax highlighting, auto indent, templates and so on.

it was dreamweaver - until my trial ran out so im using notebook but looking at the code on dreamweaver really helped me understand writing it myself.
