Blagojevich Trial: Redacted court papers made readable are there smoking guns?  | | | |  On April 26,2010)Attorneys for former Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich submitted a motion to the court on April 22, 2010 to issue a subpoena to obtain Barack Obama’s testimony at his corruption trial scheduled to begin on June3,2010.
Parts of the court document have been redacted,fifteen areas of the court document has been completly blacked out.

It is any ones guess as to why the court redacted certain parts of the court document.
President Obama told the FBI in his two hour interview after Rod,Robert Blagojevich and John Harris was arrest on December 9,2008 him nor his Washington D.C team had absolutely no contact with Governor Blagojevich in regard to his vacant United States Senate seat.
The FBI picked up on a cell call made to John Harris cell phone on December 1,2008 this was redacted in the April 22,2010 court document,The conversation indicates other wise,Is Rod Blagojevich attorneys implying there is smoking guns,you be the judge?

The government claims a conspiracy existed from October 22, 2008 continuing through December 9, 2008.6 That conversation is relevant to the defense of the government’s theory of an ongoing conspiracy. | |  My own feeling is that they (Obama, Blgojevich, Harris, etc.) were all wheeling and dealing, and never thought that it was illegal, because it's the way they always did business. Do I think they'll get "nailed"...NO. If anyone goes to jail, it'll be the one that can be sacrificed -- Blagojevich. The rest will go free, just because Obama's the President, and his role in this mess will be covered up.

Well you may be correct,if your following the case Obama had a two hour interview with the FBI not long after the Blago's and John Harris was arrested he told the FBI in that interview he nor his team had absolutely no contact with Rod Blago which if you read the unredacted statements Obama flat out lied to the FBI,Obama called John Harris Blago's chief of staff on Harris cell phone on 12/1/08 discussion was pay to play.
If you have read all the court documents then you know they all was paying to play including Obama which is against the law.
Obama can suggest a replacement for his vacate Senate seat he can not legally work through his in between man "Rahm Emanuel" giving players high paying positions for the replacement that he wants,like in this case Obama wanted Valery Jarret,Blago wanted a position in "Change to Win" backed by the SEIU.
Raul Emanuel in a FBI wire tap says the president can do any thing he wants to do but he dose not want his finger prints on this speaking of the Obama seat pay to play.
Ya so Obama gets off sorry to know we have a sneaky dam crook in the oval office,but most of us knows that even before this pay to play went viral.
Far as Rod Blago going to prison alone won't happen the FBI has to many on wire tap openly arranging the pay to play,other then Rod Blago,his brother Roberts,John Harris,Jessy Jackson Jr's in between guy who turned state witness,Raul Emanuel,Tony Rezko is also messed up in pay to play with Obama and Blago before this pay to play,a lot of dirty dogs are going to go with down Rod Blago they will go to prison for a very long time.
