Do you Rent and have pets?  

It is hard for pat ownwers to find rentals. That is becasue so many people out there don't care about the property they live in and let the animal destroy it. That is why so many people with rentals say no pets I can understand it to. Why would you rent to someone that isn't going to take care of it and let the animal run wild. When they move out you are stuck with the repair bill, cause it would be hard to get the money from the tenant that moved out.

There are 3 dogs in our apartment complex and two are owners of the apartments and one is on rental. The dogs were allowed on the premises...but last year, a notice was put up asking the dogs to be taken out for a walk and to be on a leash all the time. All 3 families have agreed to that...and following the rule.

My husband and I have rented the house where we live, and we are allowed to keep pets here. We have six rabbits, a guinea pig, a cat and a dog, and it was very hard to find a place where we were allowed to keep as many pets we wanted to. At the place where we live there are no restrictions and we are able to have as many pets as we want to, but that is very usual I think. There are a lot of places in my country where no pets are allowed and if pets are allowed, there are some often restrictios like one cat or one dog per apartment/house. I love all our pets, but it is difficult for us to move to another place, because most places don't want tenants with so many pets.
