Yellow Cards For Umpires and Referees!  

I agree with you! So allow the players to also hand out cards! Often, the officials are wrong anyway. I just saw an interview on TV with one of the leading rugby refs in the world and he is threatening serious action and banning against players who complain. The players make the game - not the refs and umpires!

Yes, I also think if they bring in the TV review system that was tested last year, it will improve cricket a lot. I agree with you that umpires are human and make mistakes. But some of them are arrogant and will not admit that the players have a right to fairness. In rugby it is a more severe problem. One sees a different interpretation of the rules by refs from different countries and regions. One deliberate mistake can determine the outcome of a match. With technology at their disposal, administrators should use it progressively. I feel strongly that a yellow card system will at least give the players a voice to eliminate "bad" umpires.
