Do you enjoy watching busy road?  

Yeah dude. If the electricity goes off, I prefer playing something on the cell phone. A book will also do good. I will be reading some old books which I have.

I have tried those and bored enough. I am using mobile for mylot and would chatting with friends here. I am a book worm. But now I cannot take my books to read. I have finished all the stages in the games in my mobile. I have to load some new games. The advantage for watching peoples is you can read personalities there which is useful for me. Many people do show their true character at some point while they walk in the road. Then watching two wheelers and cars is just for time pass.

lol.... I would go down to a friend's house if the electricity is there in his. Well, I like to watch people but not in this hot sun, and the sweat. Well, mylotting from the mobile is also a great thing to do.

But no way I could not move from my work place. Have to stay until my work time finishes. I am using this time usefully.

vijiboopathy!You have a point there.Observing personalities could be a delightful pass time and interesting one.Sure,people show their real face in a traffic jam.Some body will be dressed neatly but he may spell dirty words and display too many expressions irrelevant to his dress.Body language and mannerisms of those people can help us to analyze ourselves too.

Yeah srganesh.... People will be dressed like the Director of a company but the words will be the worst ever. Or one can be dressed very badly, but may have the kindest heart. You see, I love to watch people but not in the absence of electricity.

Yes ganesh for that reason I like to watch. Not only this would be seen we can see many funny attitudes of people in the road too.

Awww. I have Chennai and chennai roads. Always busy and full of dusts. I have to cover me entirely if I have to go for any place(But not done it anytime). Nellai too now worse in road traffic due to four lane project. The main town is some what rush but cannot be compared with Chennai. I am lucky enough I am in remove area so there is no such big traffic like Nellai.

Chennai is always busy. The dust has reduced a lot, but not the vehicles on road. Yes, I heard about that 4 lane project in Nellai too. The main town is good in Nellai -The Nellaiapar Temple, Halwa Shops, Pothys and all those... I can remember the good city of Nellai.

kar295rocks!Any city or town is worst with dust in this hot summer season.The radiating heat kindles the toughest part in everybody and we are not exclusions.The power cut problems makes the situation worst.All we can do is,use some paper fans and have some natural cool drinks to beat the heat.Those who are working in a place with a.c and generators are blessed.

Karthi I don't think so. There is still pollution is worst in Chennai. I have recent visit there. I could not bear the pollution and the heat of the summer. I just want to return from there in one day. Vehicles are increasing in every places not only in chennai.

Hi ganesh now it would be realised as working under ac is blessed ones. But they would be the worst sufferers of many diseases in their future as no way of letting their sweat(some toxic products would excreted along the sweat) would have worse consequences.

Hi karthi the remote areas are now becoming housing areas. I am much worried about it because more paddy fields are now converted and converting to houses.

Hi IJ if I am work I would do some other work. But now I am in my working place. I am spending my leisure time here in mylot. I cannot go home before the working hour finishes even I have no work to do. So no other way watching the road and peoples there. Have a good day.

Well, I do not like to watch roads filled with cars, vehicles. My preference is an empty street like the one in BOULEVARD OF BROKEN DREAMS. Well, seeing a crowd-filled road may fill you with activity but I think it will not be of any pleasure.

Hi karthi the empty road too most wonder and pleasant one. But you can enjoy watching the busy roads in chennai too. While in the mount road signal too you can see different types of people walking and would some funny stuff too some time.

People spit here and there. Well, I seldom go to Mount Road and if I go, I return with a cough due to the excess smoke.

You can just see the vehicles there and see many peoples there.

@viji : The beach road to Anna Salai [DR. RADHAKRISHNAN ROAD] is one of the finest roads here. On one side, you can get the view of the beach and on the other side, it is full of trees.

@ sweetie if everyone joins with us it would become road block and definitely we would be arrested by our police


@karthi I like that road in Chennai city and I like to travel there at night time.

It is somewhat same as the Marine Drive in Mumbai.

No sweetie no one wear such dresses in public. It is the normal people living here. But if it comes to rich and if they have a private beach resort there we may see some people wearing swimming dress.don't get anger it is one part of our culture.

Hi friend welcome to mylot community. You can share what you feel here. I enjoy watching the road. I wont get scared at home when I am alone. I would do some useful work when I am alone. My cousin is like you want to run TV while studying.

Hi August you have written quite well how I look the road in day and night time. But mostly in night time I used to see the road and the empty space. I like to walk in the dark road rather than under light. I like to walk in the moonlight.

Hi Jo most of homemakers in our place used to spend times in the terrace in evening. It would be more relaxing and pleasant. In our school days we would also enjoy in the roof top in evening.
