two days after the automated election here in the philippines, and yet we don't have yet the final results of the election..actually, as i am writing this, the counting (thru PCOS) is in process for the last and most controversial cluster precinct's official ballots. in truth, they have not yet started the actual counting since the representatives of the concerned candidates bombarded the BEI with questions as to why they were not able to have the results. The concerned PCOS automatically shutdown after several officials ballots had been fed to it last election day.. what really picked my interest actually to start this discussion was the fact that last night, said PCOS was afforded the very special privilege of being guarded by not just a handful but a platoon of army and police forces..what more, the said PCOS was placed right in the middle of the gym and two powerful spotlights (5,000 watts) shone on it..this afternoon, the BEI and the working force of said cluster precinct are being watched and scrutinized by hundreds of eyes from both parties, as they undergo the automated counting of the ballots for said cluster precinct..the result of this CP is very crucial since this would determine as to who would really win as Mayor of this town..both parties involve are very excited of the outcome, and one could see that the election activities had put a strain on everyone involved..they had to wait for the memory card from Manila, that's why it had taken this long to resume the automated counting for the aforesaid PCOS..i'm thankful though that the strain would end this afternoon..for this might not have a very favorable outcome should this go on till tomorrow..
