We all know the importance of exercise. Walking is a simple yet powerful exercise program with all kinds of health benefits. Of course it's always recommended that we check with a health professional before we start any exercise program. Also good to start slowly and built up.

Yesterday I went bike riding, first time in about 5 years. Today I went for a good walk. From now on I'm going to try to do some exercise every day.

What about you? Did you do any exercise today?

I haven't done any exercise today..Shame on me! Ended up working a full-time shift (which I don't normally do) and so I'm pretty exhausted just from that. Had a busy day at work - and I guess that could be considered exercising considering how much running around I was doing! Haha. Usually I try to walk 3-5 miles about 4 days a week. So I still have Tuesday-Saturday to get those 4 walks in and keep up with my status quo. lol. I agree with you, though, it's better to gradually increase your workout times/intensity, as you don't want to burn out from it or get too exhausted. It's good for building endurance, I would imagine.

hey...well, honestly speaking, i didn't do any exercises today! woke up to start working on my project that I don't know when I'm gonna feel the freedom :( I don't even eat well these days..no appetite to do so..

I usually walk or do my low impact exercises each and every day but for a coup[le of days I have not. I need to get back on track because i felt much better when I was doing some kind of exorcises eveyday.

Hi hopefulman,

I have to admit. I have not been exercising for a couple of months now. And I do feel that I'm often lethargic and less energised. My hubby and I used to do a midnight jog around the neighbourhood a couple of months back. But some things have changed and we are not doing that anymore. I can feel my tummy bulging these days, especially after eating quite a bit.

I really should start a new exercise regime.

Life would be better with exercise. Every morning I always dovote time to make push ups and stretching. And I always take a walk.

Everyone needs to start off somewhere and at their own pace and own level and then slowly increase the level of difficulty for their workouts. Today I did a level three workout video with the famous fitness instructor from The Biggest Loser. I worked out with the digital version of Jillian Michaels. I decided I was good enough to start off at level three instead of level one and I paid dearly the first day. I was sore for two days and I could barely breathe or stand after he gruesome 20-minute death. She combines cardio, strength, and abs all into a fluid 20-minute routine. Today I did much better and was able to handle the intensity. I hope my third attempt I will be able to do the whole routine more fluidly and without adjustments. Exercising s definitely good for de body n mind
Everyone shd exercise if we want to lead a healthy life
I exercise 1hour a day daily n gng to start exercise for 6 packs using a trainer in gym from SEPTEMBER
THen it'll be 3-5 hrs a day
When i feel lazy or don't feel like doing exercise,i ask myself,
I take bath,eat sleep everyday,then wh not do exercise too every day
Do i feel lazy to eat,sleep,take bath?
So i definitely shouldn't feel lazy to do exercise too
It's fun,even u can watch tv r hear music n do u'r treadmil or other exercises
HAVE A HAPPY N HEALTHY LIFE

GOod for u!! Exercising is always good for ple of any ages and gender.. hehe ^_^ thumbup Happy to see that u have taken the first step!! Exercising has got mnay benefits, not only physically but mentally as well ^_^

Actually, exercising allows one to relax, without us really realising it! hehe ^_^ Keep up your momentm and make everyday a healthy day!!

For me, walking is no longer a problem for i'm walking at least 4km everyday, without fail.. haha =D WHile going for my long runs every other day too.. hehe
