We all are familiar with many Operating Systems.Please discuss which OS you like the must and why.According to me Ubuntu is the preferable OS because it is quite old and trusted.It is based on Linux platform.I have been working with this for long.Please share your opinions.

| |  I am still using Windows XP. I hate Vista, but from what I've seen and heard Windows 7 is supposed to be much better than Vista was. I won't be upgrading to it anytime soon though, Windows XP works just fine for me and I love that it uses a very small amount of resources to run. I've never tried Linux, but I've heard many good things about it.

| |  currently im using windows vista home basic and im liking it , id rather use win 7 now, but i have some trouble with my sony vaio drivers so far the time ive tried to install win 7. so ill keep using win vista for a while. only once i tried ubuntu as i got some free cds via mail... i run the cd ... clicked on some TRY UBUNTu and i didnt like the way it looked. i thought it looked kind of ugly. so i didnt waste more time on it nor installed it on the pc.

| |  i still choose xp. its still the best for me. some nice graphic os like vista and seven, some software couldnt work properly on them. xp not heavy too, use small room on harddisk, and its easy to use too.

| |  I have fedora and opensuse on my computer, I use opensuse more and I am comfortable with it, if you look at windows xp was one stable version released, win 7 requires resources and ordinary desktop use that much much heavy os is required, if you look at linux it's much powerful than windows ...
