| Which one more influences, great coach or players?  | | | |  I have seen inter milan fans and players was crying when their great coach jose mourinho leave their club to real madrid next season..He's really great coach and he has ambition to becomes first coach who winning european champion league three times with three different clubs and he has a big chance with Real madrid.. There will be combination of great coach and players in this club.. What do you think? which more influences, great coach or players or combination of both?

| |  Both, because it`s connected. Great coach without discipline and skilled players won`t do anything, great players with bad coach will do the same. It`s combination of all, coach with drive and dedication, skilled and discipline players, supported by good system

| |  Coaches will tend to have more influence on the players rather than the players themselves.. haha =D After all, players do come and go every season, and the rights is in the hands of their coach..
BUt a a coach is different, all the players have to listen to him, and a coach is just like their father, protecting them, and imparting them lesson etc..
Just like 1-2 seasons ago, when rumours of alex ferguson retiring came out, all the morale of united players, went down, and it was s obad, that they are not even winning matches!! BUt once alex ferguson said he will be staying, everything changed, and man utd went on to win the league in that very season.. haha

| |  I think both are equal having a great coach and players. I mean if you have a great coach but the players dont get a long you make is equal and work together. If you dont have a good coach then you cant have the best of the abilities, or even listen to them to the best of your ability.
