I think there is no harm if you start wearing Hijab right now b/c it is meant to protect any woman from bad gaze of bad people.A chaste woman will always wear modest dresses while going out. This is what Jesus(pbuh)is going to implement in his First Ideal World State after his second coming......When all the believing women will start wearing complete Hijab as per the clear, divine order in the Holy Quran.

It will be a great thing and a big example for other chaste women to follow.People do not understand a simple thing. They respect nun's modest white dress but hate Muslim's hijab whereas their aim is the same i.e to protect modesty of women when they go out.You have liked a natural thing which should be liked by other Christian and Jewish women.........keep it up!

I wonder why any woman in the world would want to wear hijab. I have an impression that they wear it out of compulsion and not because they love to wear it. I do not find it attractive. It is black, brown or white. It is mean to conceal beauty rather than reveal it. It hides your identity and strangely, it gives you an identity too that you are a Muslim. These days when people view Muslim with suspicion you might even invite attack by wearing a hijab. Besides, it is dangerous to wear hijab and go up and down the escalator. Muslim women are used to it and they are careful. Any way choice is yours, wear it if you want to.

Hey Cherish,
Well to me in the end your going to do what you want. Let you to me before if people wear becasue they feel as if they look nice or like how it looks on them or the other way around. but you being a born and rise Christian your family and friends.. that are christians might think something or might think oh.. She is going against her religion. I know that you are not, Others might think otherwise lol..
Also people that do wear Hijba that wear due to there religion they might see you as one of them but.. if you tell them you are a christian they might think that you need help or crazy or maybe find it to be disrespectful.
Like you said in this discussion no matter what you are going to wear one .. :) so yeah this to me is more of a personal question and needs a personal Answer. But yeah.. this is just my opinion about the subject

I wasn't trying to being disrectful or anything like that, but I always thought they look nice on the mulsim women. I do understand mulsim women have to wear it and sometimes how strict their religion is to their country code and/or how their family about this. But some people like to wear because it pretty on them and they are not even mulsim themsevles. I just guess Im want to know if Im not only one who doing out there in the united states or the world who is doing this. Would you tell me if you can?

I'm not an expert in Christianity, but I read the New Testament pretty thoroughly, and I don't believe there's anything in there that says what you can and cannot wear. Christianity is more concerned with your inner heart, the fact that you love God, and how you should do good deeds then surface things like what you wear. There is a passage, I think it's in Corinthians, but don't quote me on that, where Paul says to the Jewish Christians that it's okay to be circumcised but that the Gentile Christians don't have to be. So right there he allows the Jews to keep their customs, even though they're Christians. Also, he says that it's okay for some people to keep the fast days and abstain from certain foods, which was a religious custom among some peoples, and he never said it conflicted with Christianity -- although he did say that it's not what you take into your body that makes you clean, but how you act. so I think what matters is not what you eat or wear, but where your heart is. Hope this helps

Thank You for supporting my decision and if I meet you would wear proudly. I think that god would be happy for wearing a hijab as long I worship him first and only. Thank you for support and comment in this
