Baby Cake  

Yeah slicing it is gruesome and I can imagine how unappetizing it was to eat it but we knoow its justa cake that happens to lok like a realistic baby. Plus eating a slice might be disturbing if you saw the cake being sliced

What flavor was it? I hope not red velvet or something of the sort.

Its mocha, Gosh its gonna be gross if it's hot velvet, that is too gory and its going to make this cake impossible to eat.

The artist is realy good at decorating but I think he should concentrate with clay statues instead because those are gonna last forever and cakes wont.

Cakes where supposed to be eaten though. I had seen more sick designs of cakes but this one really caught my attention. I'm glad that its mocha. Imagine if its a red berry cake with lots of cherry syrup. Slicing it will be gory.

I have to eat it with a blindfold, Slice it and eat it with my eyes open, Its just too creepy t slice it. Imagine serving it in a party, Kids will cry when they see you slicing a "baby" Can you imagine this cake is a best seller.

If you keep your eyes open, take a movie, we will put it on YouTube .
I already ate many couples on top of wedding cakes . Kids may play outside if they don't like this cake : it would be a Godsend for my dessert .

Dude you have a brave soul. I think its gonna be easier for em to slice talking fruits and vegetables than a cake that looks like a baby. I guess for you its just a cake and you dont care what it looks like since its just mocha/chocolate chiffon wit icing.

This cake is a beautiful artwork and the pastry cook is a true artist, but it is only a cake. When you were a child have not you had a Santa Claus in chocolate for Christmas or a chocolate hen and eggs for Easter ? You can believe in Santa Claus and eat a Santa Claus in chocolate. I think that kids will enjoy this cake... if it is a good cake !

I think I will stick with ginger breadman and chocolate bunny. Its very realistic. its an awesome work of art. I want to cover it in crystal so it will stay forever.

You will better ask the artist to do one in plaster or clay for you... and a giant bunny in pastry with a fur in candy-floss for me !

Thank you, I bookmarked the video. With all the work needed to sculpt it, it is probably not free... but I have an ogre appetite after that ! I don't know if she will accept to sculpt an elephant for my birthday ?

The one in the video above your post looks realistic and life like that it looks scary as heck. The one on the video is really realistic looking.

That did look realstic, I wonder how they were able to get the real dog to sit beside the cake, I suppose that the real dog was cropped into the picture.

the only downside is that the dg cake is not fully a cake since the dog's head is just Styrofoam, in a way ordering that will make you feel kinda cheated,.

Slicing is going to be the hardest part next to eating it. Imagine if the part you get is the head. Speaking of heads there was a bakery in Thailand that serves a bread that looks exactly like dismembered human head.

I think if the design was cartoonist instead of realistic, people wont ave issues slicing it. I mean people eat candies shaped like cartoon characters and have no issue against it.
