What is your favorite mythological creature?

My favorite mythological creatures are the pegasus and the unicorn. Then of course there are the dragons. I have always had a true interest in these creatures. I wonder what it would have been like to live in the time when these creatures roamed free. Was it really a magical time? We can only imagine. Are they fact or fiction? Does anybody really know? If not than I guess the imagination is inded a wonderful thing.

I love dragons as well. I think that they are very splended to look at because of how powerful they look. They look like nothing could hurt them but like you asked are they fact or fiction. Could they have just came out of our imaganation like the mermades did? If they where real could they have been the killer beast that they are portrade to be? There are to many questions to this creature.
