 Eingana, is my newest character in my rpg forum " The Dragon Wars ". I'm sure by now, if you're a reader of my articles, you've been introduced to quite a few of my characters. Though the three males may have thought themselves alone, save for the natural creatures, and spirits of the forest that were about, but that was quite a foolish notion. The ancient black dragon had been awoken several months ago, and had been enjoying Kerafyrm's serenade. Of course, if Kerafyrm was still as egotistic, as he had always been. Then she knew that the song he bellowed out so beautifully, was really merely his way of stoking his own fires of importance. Still, it was a lovely song, and one she remembered quite well, from her earlier days. Now with the burden of time set firmly upon her shoulders, the smallest of memories could send her into a fantasic dream of her past. How young, and foolish she had been in the beginning...
Getting lost within her memories, it takes her several long moments to realize the song had stopped. From the shadows, she stares out at the small piece of forest that, Kerafyrm, had been lounging within. Now there were two other males, and they seemed to be conversing. Keeping herself hidden within the shadow realm, which ment that she could not be detected by the trio of males. She taps into the shadows closer to where they have gathered, listening quite intently to what they have to say. Zypherious' words put a small smile to Eingana's lips. His newest human guise had taken her aback, had he always used that mortal form when traveling? Perhaps it had just been one too many years since they last saw one another.
When the conversation takes on a more grief-stricken tone, Eingana decides that now would be a good chance for her to make herself known. Each shadow within the area served as a link for Eingana's voice, even the shadows cast by the three males. When her voice comes across, it's a mere whisper, sounding from everywhere, and yet nowhere, all at once. Feeling a little playful, and having always been one to prefer a unique entrance. The first part of her message comes across as a low, rumbling, growl. There was no anger, or threat within the growl, more like a dragon's version of purring. The sort of noise that starts low within the body, and vibrates all the way through, before finally passing through the lips.
" Some dragons, they simply never change... "
While her words echo between the group, bouncing from one shadow to the next. Eingana takes this chance to finally pull herself from the shadow realm. Since it was far easier to pass through realms in a smaller size, she stays in her more human-looking guise for the time being. A single, bare foot steps free of a nearby trees shadow. The flesh is hauntingly pale, but smooth, as if it were carved from the finest alabaster marble. Pushing her way through the thin realm barrier, it takes but a few seconds for her entire form to leave the shadows, and come to stand behind, Zypherious.
She looks exactly as she had the last time all of the ancients were awake, and gathered in one area. Her obsidian hair hanging free, flowing along her body, and reaching her ankles in length. She wears a thin, sheer/transparent silver dress, that merely drapes across her body concealing the most modest of places. It would seem silly to most, wearing anything at all, with an outfit like that. But in her dragon form, she was naked, and she did not see why so many creatures felt embarassed by their bodies. She wore what little shd did, for the sake of others, rather than feeling a need to conceal what was natural.
" It is far worse than you make wish to hear, Zypherious. For not only have the eleven ancients been awoken... but also the eleven Draconic Guardians. Lady Zila Ravine, herself, came to the realm of shadows to rouse me from my slumber. The news that she carried with her, was quite distressing. I fear this war shall be far worse than the last one that befell our lands. "
