Why some people wear shades at night?

Some wear it for style, while some wear it out of habit. To me, wearing of shades is cool, and over the time, it becomes so natural to them that they forgot about it. When one is wearing shades, their surroundings appear dark to them, and so they can't tell the difference from day and night. Unless someone is to ask them, only then they will realise before removing the shades.

Although it is rare, there are some times that I do see people wearing sunglasses at night. I can't actually tell you what the reason is that people wear them in the evening, but I tend to think that it is because people are sensitive to the headlights of cars and things like that when they are driving. Of course, I'm not positive about this, but I know that there are times that I have a hard time dealing with this and I wish that I had mine with me.
