We all know that we need to change our toothbrush. How often do you change your toothbrush?

Not that I am meticulous or so, but I am hygienically conscious… I normally change my tooth brush once or twice a month. It’s because I find the brush too overused that it’s not that flexible anymore resulting that I need some new brush.

We get new toothbrushes about every three months.

Hi. leinrix. I change out my toothbrush and my kids own every three months. By then, the bristles have worn completely out and there is no need for us to use our toothbrush anymore. I automatically replace our toothbrush with a new one, once I throw the old one away.

I have read on my dentist's wall that we should change our toothbrush regularly. As I understand, thats every 3 months.

I change my toothbrush every 3 months. That's what my aunt recommended. She's a dentist. Or there are times I change it if the bristle aren't firm enough to remove debris of food between my teeth.

When I was still conscious I used to change every three months. Now I am careless and change only whenever I want lol
