What would be the first thing that you would do? It is frightening but it is happening in real life. Here is one such example.http://www.batangastoday.com/ground-beef-recall-first-class-foods-inc-of-hawthorne-recalls-ground-beef-from-6-states-for-possible-e-coli-contamination/8117/

If I hadn't eaten it yet Jen I'd return it to the store where I bought it. If I had eaten it I'd keep a careful eye on myself and anyone else that had shared it. First sign of sickness then I'd head off to the Dr. This is what happens when we have so much processed food in our food chain. From time to time they mess up and then a vast quantity of people are at risk.

Thanks p1ke for your comprehensive contribution. Indeed there are several food recalls nowadays that every time we buy, we are not ensured that these are safe, even if they say they are. Thanks.

I would throw it in the garbage....I wouldn't take a chance at eating it or having my family eat it.

When I hear of a food recall I am quick to check my food and make sure it is safe and after I do that I am quick to let my friends and family know so they too can check there food.
