Every Corporation or even government agencies nowadays has been hiring really competitive graduates from prestigious Universities and Colleges. I think if you are aiming for a higher position in a company you need to have a master's degree for some reasons and for you to be considered for managerial position. But if you are working full time this isn't easy at all. Have you ever considered taking it up online? I really wanted to have my master's degree soon but it's hard to find time to go to school when you work full time. Recommendation please..

A degree can be obtained online, but it's up to you to be sure the school is accredited and to be sure that the degree is acceptable to prospective employers or other schools. Online learning is gaining ground, but not everyone accepts it yet.

While there are some online master's degree programs that are associated with accredited colleges and universities, there are also many of these programs that are for profit schools and those degrees aren't really as credible as the other ones. The best option that you have for getting a master's degree is to talk with the colleges in your area and see if they have programs for nontraditional students that are evening/weekend and online programs.

There are schools offering online degree programs. Since you're from the Philippines, you can also try the Open University curriculum offered by the University of the Philippines. They have a number of undergraduate and postgraduate programs. One problem however is the limited types of master's programs you could enroll in. But just the same, try to check them out. Good luck :)
