Exodus 3000 players i have a couple of questions....  

I just joined and i was wondering do your 250 moves add up everydy if you don't use them? And what's the point of joining settlements, when you join are you supposed to stay there or what? And can you be attacked at random, is that who all of these single outposts i've been destroying, are they other players who aren't active?
