Lalu's English-loving horse sold!!!!  | |  India’s Railway Minister Lalu Prasad's prized possession, “pawan”: a horse which responds only to English commands, was on display for three days, at the famous “cattle fairs” at Sonpur, Bihar state of India was sold for Rs.111,000/- to a farmer of Raghavpur Assembly Constituency of Smt. Rabri Devi, wife of Sri Lalu Prasad.
Pawan’s trainer claims, "Pawan can race against a Bolero on a smooth road" but it can only follow commands in English, which put off most bidders at the auction. It had a price tag of 1,51,000/-.
