I am myself more now than yesterday,

Hi there mylotters, In my opinion with all the things i wanna change in my life i think what i wann change more is how i perceive myself, I think if you look at yourself more differently now than the way you look at yourself before, your changes would be more effective since before ie. I look at myself as lazy but now I wake up everyday with a purpose, clean up work-out, work, study and be vain about myself i have better thoughts now of myself, i am now happier and has purpose.

Of all the years that passed over me, I learned that it is useless to me wanting to be like anyone in particular. Regardless of which route I chose, I could only be myself with all that means, good or bad. And I understand that in life there comes a point where you realize that there is no point you put your questions like "why can not I be like them?" And accept yourself as you are, knowing your way there may not resemble the way anyone else. And they may not like and want to go back. And maybe do it and, once, twice and finally find yourself at the same point you left, but with a few more years back and if not right, huh?

We all need to think about his every day. I'm not a psychologist but I believe that every positive change in your life begins with this. You decide to like and respect yourself and you do what you have done. This is the first step and others will follow. Good luck.

Perceptions of self are important... I think a lot of changes have to come from within, before they happen on the outside, if that makes sense. I mean, you have to have self esteem and faith in yourself to chase your dreams, achieve your goals. I think this is a big struggle for alot of us - including myself. But it's a day by day thing.
