Our culture is one revolving so much around consumerism and the buy, buy, buy mentality. This is not how it was meant to be. It's crazy to think that you have to get up at 4 am and stand in line for hours and jostle with crowds, all to buy stuff when you have nearly four weeks until Christmas, and you can buy the same stuff a week or so later with much less crowding, and possibly for less money.

It was so crowded and you had to wait an hour in line in each store. NOT A JOKE! An hour at least each store. It was horrible. This was at midnight when my patience was wearing thin. What a mess. | |
