If you wanna be fit for whole life then start your day with some yoga. Its the perfect start for a beautiful day as your body will get the enegry regulated in the right manner which is needed for the whole day ahead. In today's busy life style every body is seeking relaxation and Yoga is the only way which keep you fit and alive for long.
There are many postures or Asanas which can give your body the shape you desire, the flexibility, agility and vitality which is missing from human life because of today's lifestyle habits. So keep some time for yorself and do some exercises following the Yoga basics.

yoga is a great thing to do . i do yoga everyday .. it keeps ur internal organs fit .. its very important to do yoga in the right surroundings .. where you have fresh air
