can't get past the dock yard in medieval 2 don't know what to do  

i have gone into the room where you put your head in the box and this i have done everything else is dead and the chalice is full i don't know what to do with the levers or how to get my head back or get the chalice please someone help me i am stuck and have tried everything i can think of. i will try just about anything right now
