do you like a jacuzzi or sauna ?  

I love to sit in the Jacuzzi after a work out,it is like a treat

i prefer showers..its like batthing in falls

when you go to a spa,jacuzzi and sauna were offered and been packeaged for the clients.both of them has soothing effects to the body and it releases tension in one way or the other.it also gives you tme to relax from a very hectic day and it i think everybody needs spa if you want to relax both your body and mind.
