Do you ever have to take a sleep aid to be able to sleep at night?

One should avoid taking any tablets/capsules/syrups to get sleep. This is not a good habit. Instead try this out: 1. Make it a point to sleep at a correct time 2. Sleep for 6 to 8 hours. 3. Avoid afternoon nap 4. have dinner between 6 and 7 p.m. 5. Meditate for 15 to 20 minutes before you go to bed 6. Daily exericse for 1 hour (walk or swim or through fitness equipment) 7. Jot down the different works you have to do next in a book title it" THINGS TO DO". Since everything is planned for next day, you need not worry. 8.Have good food, preferably for the dinner.

I rarely use a sleep aid but have on occasion taken tylenol pm. It seems to work well and does not leave me groggy in the morning.
