Either killing is wrong or it's not.

I don´t thing so... I surelly hope that everyone that tempts to human life knows that one day even them can be killed

Wouldn't this be more of an extermination proceedure than actual killing? I mean we have pest control people who remove poisonous insects so that we are not made sick or even killed by their venom. I kind of look at this the same way.

No, I don't think it's wrong. Someone who doesn't have any concept of right or wrong cannot be rehabilitated. They cannot be helped. There's something wrong inside their minds that no amount of counseling or medication can fix. Tyrants like Hitler are just sociopaths who've made it into a position where it's acceptable for them to kill.
