I think they are very good vitamins. I have a lot of energy when I take them and they are all natural as well. Unfortunately, they are quite expensive. I noticed that some people sell them on eBay for reduced cost so you may want to get them that way if you like.

My husband and I have been taking Nutrilite vitamins for years. We find that the vitamin c is very good. Whenever down with a cold or cold is coming. we will take the vitamin c 1000mg (4 tablets) every four hourly. And it helps. Even for sore throat or heatiness, or fever we just take this vitamin.
