I have to wash my long haired cat today

Like I said time to wash my cat today. Ive been washing her in the kitchen sink since she was a kitten so she is used to it. Idont mind the washing its the drying that a pain. I use my blow dryer. Sit on the floor and just dry her. She doesnot really like the dryer. I used to be a groomer thats how I got the idea.

I have washed my sons cat and my mothers cat. I did it in the sink. I gave them baths because they had fleas pretty bad and we were trying to get rid of them. The baths seemed to help some. They werent to fond of it but they did ok. My sons cat likes it in the tub better. We usually just towel dry them as much as we can and let them air dry the rest.

I've never tried washing my cat, can't offhand think of a reason to do so. I remember he once fell in the bat as a kitten though, poor little mite looked just like a drowned rat and it took ages to calm him down afterwards.

I bath my cat from time to time. Mainly when she gets sick and ends up getting feces in her fur. I've tried clipping the fur around that area, but it doesn't seem to help when that happens. I used to wash her regularly when she was a kitten and was proned to fleas, but now she doesn't have them. I bathe her once a month to help keep the mats out of her fur. It also helps keep her fluffy and white:). I love my baby LOL.
