There's a spider on my ceiling.

But I think this one really hates me. He gives me a bad vibe. He's kind of big, too, which doesn't help. I really think he wants to get me...:) If my husband was home I'd make him move him, but I won't mess with him...

I know what you mean. I have had a spider stalk me throughout the house before. Except he really did follow me and not just get into attack mode. I actually flug a rubber band at him and it hit him square on exploding him all over. Bad idea indeed but i was fascinating that I hit him on a vaulted ceiling with a rubber band..
I suggest vaccuuming him up that way you don't have to get near him.

Okay, that must have been a HUGE spider. Oh man...ick!....

I would kill my husband if he said that to me. That is one of his jobs. I hate spiders. If he doesn't kill it then he gets to stay up all night watching it with me.

Well, even I do not get away with not killing spiders anymore. Now that my wife has overcome her fear of spiders and thanks to me, I might add, does she kill them herself?
No, she does not. Now she tells me that I have to kill them because she said so, not because she is afraid.

I was sitting on the bed one day and happened to notice a spider crawling around in the blankets and I made my husband get off the couch and come all the way upstairs to kill it. He was NOT pleased with me, because there was a game on, but he did it anyway because I wouldn't have shut up about it until he did....

I even make him dispose of the already dead ones, like the drown one I found in the bathtub. I wouldn't even touch it.

But my husband has duty tonight and isn't home to act as my spider hit man. For some reason, the spider mafia is scared of him.

Please don't let your spiders know what's happening at my house...my spiders might call in reinforcements...

I know you think that spiders are wonderful, but they've seriously been out to get me since I was 10 and I was attacked by a grass spider. Ever since then, they are always sneaking up on me, trying to kill me.

I'd love to kill him, but every time I kill a spider, the spider mafia sends an even big spider to get me.

He's moved to the picture over the bed. I think he's waiting for me to fall asleep....I'm going to have to get evasive....

Use the vacuum cleaner. Behave as if you are not doing it deleberately. For instance after cunningly pulling it into the vaccum cleaner, just ask you mom, "Mummy, where's that lovely spider which was on my ceiling?". This way the spider mafia will be misled and will not bother you.

I finally did get out the vacuum cleaner. I pretended like I was doing my every day cleaning, and opps! sorry little spider! Now, if he just manages not to climb out of the vacuum cleaner, I should be okay--for now...

Ok annie... lets just think this through... You start with a frog to keep the spiders in line... snakes for the frogs...birds for the snakes...Pretty soon sndcain will be bilching about bears drinking from her toilet. No. Go get a large glass and a piece of paper. Trap the spider with the glass and cover it with the paper... let the nice little spider go free to scurry across your sidewalk... and smash it with your shoe. Problem solved.

ROFL...that reminded me of an episode of the Simpsons...

anyway, lizards and frogs and beetles don't sound like much of an improvement. If I kill him, the spider mafia will get me for sure. I need my spider killing husband, and he has duty tonight and can't protect me....
