What do you think is the best dresscode for a Christmas party?

We are having our Christmas party and we don't what dresscode is unique. We are also having a dance number and we planned to have a dresscode associated with the our dance number. Can you please suggest one?

Thanks for the idea but this is a company Christmas party. I don't think all my colleagues will like a jammy party.

I think a Hawaian Christmas would be cute..and fun..lots of Christmas trees in drinks instead of unbrellas..maybe garland in place of Lays..is that spelled right?? just mix stuff up ..what ya think?
