i love mediterranean meals , specially ove hot swordfish soup we have its a delicacy in malta , u can make ministrone soup achyuta, peel , chop carrots , potaotes, celery , add salt in a pot,and the required water , this is the basis of the stock ucan add some flvourig if you like like some pepper, and other spices , i prefer to chop veggies and add em in the stock , and then cook til thweyare soft and easy to consume , next add ministroni nioodles or shell noodles , what they call them in australia , and let them cook for 35to 40 mins or until soft , thenserve , bon apetit achyuta hun :) ..this is my 1000th post .live long and proper hun

I have heard about tabouli too. But I dont know much about these. My mom is a good cook of vege food. She knwos all kinds of stuff including mediterranian. So, I have no problem.
