prison life

what is it like? I have a friend in the California training Facility in Soledad. He's sentenced to 8 more years and has never been in jail or trouble before. It is not like him to be the prison type. Should I worry about him in there?

I personally do not know what it is like. I have a brother that recently was put in one. Like you he is not a bad person really just got a little messed up. He has never been in jail or trouble and now this..
He writes me all the time. But does not talk about it. He works there doing things in the kitchen. He says he works out at the gym they have and plays some basketball..
Not sure what it is like..hope maybe there is someone out there that can help us with some input in this...
