1998 Fleetwood Prowler 30 5Z Fifth wheeler | | Hi Folks
We live in New Zealand and we're shortly to take delivery of a 1998 Fleetwod Prowler which we intend living in permanently while we cruise around the country.
We've just read that our local regulations have changed in regard to allowable overhang dimensions and wondered if anyone out there with a similar model can provide us with three key measurements:
1. The maximum width from one side to the other including any parked awnings and other protrusions.
2. The distance from the absolute rear of the van to the mid-point of the two axles (ie the centre point between the two tyres).
3. The distance from the centre of the king-pin at the front of the van to the mid-point of the two axles.
Help would be appreciated - and if anyone has any experience to share with us regarding this model we'd certainly be grateful for that too! (It's our first mobile home..)
Thanks and best wishes
