How do you find a book you have read but dont remember title or author?  | |  I read a book once, borrowed, but dont remember anything other than the story. I want to find it again but have no idea how to start. Any sugestions?

It was a fantacy book about a couple different kingdoms and the more powerful people had these rings that had inscriptions on them and they used the rings to take certain powers away from the commoners (volonteers) and they would go to the person who did the spell. they would take brawn, strength, speed, agility, beauty ect.... and leave the commoner with out that aspect anymore. there were characters that were fire people who would walk around and burn everything they touched. There wwere the wizards and magic garden keepers. But there was a war going on between who i dont remember but they struggled to get as many powers as possible in order to defeat eachother. that is mostly of what i remember of the book. the title had something to do with the rings. but not lord of the rings. | |

I remember reading a book about going back in time, but I forgot the name of the book. So, I did search on google and I typed in time. I found it, it was about 2 pages through, but I found it. So, I guess you can try that and see if it works for you. Good luck.
