 I showed someone my bags. I then gave her a free one for her daughter. She was on her lunch break. She went back to work. A few minutes later I get a call. They need me to bring my bags to the hospital tomorrow at lunch time. I hope it works out well.

That is exactly how my dessert bakery started. I started baking out of boredom.. but someone had to eat it.. So I sent it to work with my husband and the next thing I knew, people weren't content with getting a piece or two, they wanted a whole batch. So I made up a menu and order form and the rest is history, as well as four awesome Christmas'.
