Sangria and Ceviche

When I was visiting Spain a few years ago. I fell in love with the cuisine. Or should I say two things...Ceviche and Sangria. I had this every single day I was there. It was driving my friends mad. We would sit down to lunch and when ordering I would say..."I think I will have something different today...I would look at the menu and say...I know! Sangria and Ceviche!" I never got tired of it ever! Not to mention it was great combo the next day after late night craziness.
My question is... ever since I have been home I have been on a quest to find both a pitcher of Sangria and a bowl of ceviche that even came close to my memories of how it tasted it Spain. Is it just a matter of "it was all in my head?" or is it just one of those things that I will have to return to Spain to finally quench my desire for perfection.
