WHAT KIND OF COOKWARE DO YOU USE

I FIND IT IMPOSSIBLE TO LIVE WITHOUT THE NEW PLASTIC COOKWARE THAT COOKS food SO WELL. TELL ME WHAT YOU COOK WITH AND WHY

Old Cast Iron it is really good. I think it works better than stainless etc. I think they really absorb stuff over time and helps I know that sounds gross.

I'm not sure but I know it's non stick, I hate it when food won't come off the pot.

It's the user that cooks the food well not the equipment. If you're a good cook you can cook on a tray over a bonfire. ;)

I mostly use steel, helps to fry the spices(masala) well. we have to fry it slowly so that it blends well.
