yes, and i love it so much! i bought it in january, and it's my first digital camera ever, so ive been using it like crazy this past year. my cousin broke it over the summer, and i was seriously devastated. i cried! but i sent it to the company and they fixed it for me, so now i have it back..and loving it as always! i really wish i had gotten a digital camera earlier cause i spent 7 months in france in 2005 and travelled a lot, but i dont really have any pics from my travels, so its quite disappointing. i wanna go back to all those places for a day just to take pics!

I have a Nikon CoolPix 7600... the piece of crap that it is lol... had the thing less than a year, and it ended up with a mysterious 'lens error' so to get it fixed (luckily it was still under warrenty).

But to fix it, I had to send it back to japan... and then I didn't see my camera for about another 3 monthes after that. But luckily it works... for now at least. I've read around the internet that these cameras are notoriously bad for this same problem I've had, and that the long waits for repairs, and huge bills when out of warrenty aren't a rarity.

I only bought it because I heard nikon was a good brand and it looked so cute on the shelf lol... I guess cute shouldn't be a buying feature :P
