mostly pimles are causes of oily skin and it's may be constipation.

If you wash your face too many times in a day, your face will get really dry, and will make up for loss of natural oils by overproducing even more oils. Washing too much will actually make it easier for you to get pimples.
As for using cream, it is important to keep your skin moisturized. Look for oil-free moisturizers, they will keep your skin fresh with plenty of water-based moisture instead of greasy oil-based moisture.
When dealing with individual pimples, tea tree oil is a very good agent. Apply it with a q-tip directly on the area where the pimple is, and it will dry it out.
