| Here is something interesting I found on the web and I want to share it with you. Read it and give your views. INSTRCTIONS FOR BECOMING A BILLIONAIRE! STEP 1: If you're a bum living on the street with no money and no hope, the first step is for you to get some kind of help. You can do so by finding and approaching any number of social service centers such as: YMCA, YWCA, churches, government social services, social organizations, homeless shelters, friends, relatives etc...Your first objective is just to find a place to stay where you can get a hot mean and a roof over your head. Get cleaned up, shaven, perhaps try to get a hair cut or at least comb your hair nice, and try to start to look and act normal again. STEP 2: Try to get the organization that's helping you to get you a bus pass, so you'll have your basic transportation in order. Then begin by visiting your local library or career center. There you will work on developing an up to date resume and cover letter which you will use to begin a job search. Get someone there to help you put together a resume in case you don't know how. Or find a book on developing resumes from the library. STEP 3: Go to a second hand store, or somewhere where you can find some half decent clothing for cheap. You need to try to update your shoes, your belt, and find some kind of half decent blazer or suit jacket, so that you'll begin to look half decent. Even find a shirt and a half decent tie to go with that to wear. This step is important so if you have no sense of style then ask someone for help in picking something out for you. Then find yourself a cheap wrist watch. You can even get one from the dollar store for a buck. As long as you have one so you'll be on time. STEP 4: Now that you at least have something half decent to wear, a bus pass, and a resume, you can begin applying for jobs. The key at this point is to apply for as many jobs as you possibly can. Your goal is to apply for anything and everything. Try to apply for at least 30 jobs per day in your area. Just to get your foot in the door somewhere so that you'll soon have an income again. Take out some books from the library on practicing job interviews so that you'll have a better idea of how to answer questions. The main thing you simply need to do is show enthusiasm for doing the work, and you're bound to find an employer that will hire you. STEP 5: Eventually as you keep applying to as many job openings as you can find you'll get something. Just remember to apply to every job you can find. Doesn't matter if you have to much or too little experience. Improvise. Adapt, semperphi, do or die baby! Just make it look like you have something related and that you're willing to learn. That's the main thing. Then eventually you'll be given a job. Once you get a job you'll need to carefully evaluate it. If it doesn't appear stable or if it doesn't pay enough then keep looking for a better job each day after work. Then eventually you can upgrade your job to a better more stable job with higher pay. STEP 6: Once you've been working for a while begin to save every dime. No eating out, no spending on anything. If you want nicer clothes you still go to the second hand store. You have to save every penny at this point. So scrounge, script, be frugal and save. Always pay yourself first out of every pay check by putting a portion of your paycheck into a separate savings account that you have no debit card for. Then once you have a few thousand dollars saved you can afford to start looking for your own place. Look in the paper for people who have “rooms” for rent. Don't jump into an apartment yet. Just get the cheapest one room you can find. Do not get an apartment of your own because you need to continue saving every dime you can get. You don't need nicer consumer goods, such as furniture, clothing, etc. This report isn't how to get to “the status quo”, it's how to become a billionaire remember. So do as I say, not as I do. Ha ha...;-) STEP 7: Now that you have a basic one room place to stay, a bed, perhaps a small desk and chair, a half decent job that you've upgraded from one job to another to eventually secure. Next you'll need to save up for a more things. 1) A computer with internet access. And 2) a car. All you need is a used economy car that will get you from point a to point b. This is so important too. Do not lease, or finance. Look in the used auto paper and find the cheapest small clunker you can find that's small good on gas and that runs. Do not look for a nice car, your not there yet. And second you need a computer that's modern enough to get on the internet. Again look in the buy and sell paper. Then buy a dialup internet account for cheap. 3) Also buy a half decent suit. Don't spend a lot. You can't afford to. Just buy a cheap brand new suit so you'll look half decent. Let me explain a few things as to why you're doing all this: 1)Bankers don't care if you're staying in one small room in a basement suite that you're paying $200 bucks a month to rent. All they want to know is one thing: “do you rent” or “do you own”. At this point you only rent. So rent the cheapest thing you can find. 2)Bankers don't care what you drive, neither does you boss. All they care about is that you have a car to get too and from work. Kinda a symbol of showing your independent. And it will do a world of good in saving you time and keeping you on time for work and appointments. (park it down the block if you think it's that ugly). 3)Then it doesn't matter what kind of computer you have. As long as you can get on the internet as there will be a number of things you'll need it for as you prepare yourself to become wealthy. STEP 8: Now continue saving from your day job. Continue to look for some sideline ways to make money online. There are a number of websites in which you can bid on work projects and make some sideline money. So if you have an y special skills you can go to websites such as: getafreelancer.com and other similar sites which will allow you to make some sideline money. You're goal is to save up at least $5000 dollars cash, which shouldn't take you more than 6 months to do. STEP 9: Now for the nitty gritty....The way in which you're going to make your fortune is in realestate. Why? Because it's the easiest and most guaranteed way to become wealthy in the whole world, and has been so for centuries....as I'm about to show you. So what you do is you go to the library and find two popular realestate courses: Dolf Deroos's “Realestate investors college. And... Carlton Sheets “No money down”. You will listen to these course to and from work in your car everyday or whenever you go for a drive. And you'll listen to them and study them after work at home every day and on weekends. As you do so you'll begin to become an expert at realestate investing. If you get them from the library then you'll make copies of them so you'll have a copy of each for personal use. (that is legal) Or if you can't find them on there then you'll have to buy them off ebay or online. Shop around, as you should be able to find used copies for sale online for dirt cheap. Study them as much as you can until you begin to know and understand how realestate investing works. STEP 10: Now that you have $5000 saved, you've been working at one half decent steady job for at least 6 months, you'll begin to start looking for your first condo or mobile home to purchase. Look for these because they are the cheapest. Find one that is on sale for cheap because it's a dump and needs renovations. That means you should be able to get it way below market value. Keep looking until you find a condo or mobile home selling way below market value. Due to say a death, divorce, bankruptcy or other situation in which they are being forced to sell the property for cheap. You'll understand all this because you'll have spent tons of time reading and studying the realestate courses that I prescribed. STEP 11: Now in order to buy the home you should be able to put down your $5000 and in the worst case scenario buy the property with a 95% first mortgage. That will allow you to shop for properties of up to $100,000. STEP 12: Now that you've bought the condo or mobile home below market value because it's a dump most likely, it needs renovations. For the materials go to places like “Walmart” which offers the cheapest prices on paints and fixtures. For equipment such as tools and paint brushes go to places like “the dollar store” or the local “buy and sell” newspaper to find cheap hand tools which you can buy for like 90% off what you'd pay retail. For flooring go to an end of the roll carpet discount warehouse. Sign up for one of their in store credit cards. If they don't have one find some place that does. Most major building supply stores such as “Home Depot” offer them. That will allow you to buy what you need with deferred payment for 6 months. That way you get the materials you need on credit. You'll pay off the credit later after you flip (sell) the home your renovating. So do the following: Mow the lawn, find some shrubs or trees in a forest, dig them up (preserving the roots) and bring them back to the place and plant them to make the yard look nice. (*if it's a condo it might not have a yard so you can skip this). Then paint the outside walls and the inside walls. Also change the flooring to new carpet and lino. Change all the fixtures. Paint the ceilings. Change the baseboards to nice thick new ones and even add nice crown moldings to the living room. Change the appliances if they are old. Don't' buy new ones. Just buy nicer matching white used ones. So that they look slightly more updated and new. In the end the house or condo should look and feel like new! Now it's time to flip it (resell it). JUST KEEP ON DOING THIS AND YOU WILL REACH YOUR BILLION BUCKS.
