i also like Zappa in New York a lot. Do you know his double LP Guitar? it contains only guitar solos, bought it in 1989 it´s also one of the those i listen often to. | | | |

| |  When I was younger I loved Zappa, me and my mates spent hours listening to 100 motels and hot rats. Mothers of Ivention were an incredible band and I think it was a sad loss when he succumbed to cancer.
No doubt he's rockin' it up for St. Peter and the angels, and God's saying, 'turn that noise down!'

| | lol ... yes i love nearly all of his work from over all the years, he was really amazing, a genius in my eyes.
I like when he start´s playing his guitar solos and starting with a mellow tone and increases the level more and more, his style in playing the guitar is very unique i think.
He also was a great entertainer in presenting his music to the audience. Great guy... we lost in 93´.

| |  He was a musical genius, and a very underrated guitarist. I saw him live 6 times. If I had to pick one, I guess I'd have to say 'Montana' would be my favorite FZ tune. "Just to raise me up a crop of Dental Floss!"
