Do you think Northern or Southern people are smarter?

In your opion which do you think is smarter and what do you think could be done so that the other one will be equal to?

I think there are a lot more underfunded schools in the south than there is in the north. I worked at one for 4 years, and it had no resources to help the teachers out at all. It's hard to teach or to retain quality teachers when there aren't adequate teaching materials available. Of course, all schools are underfunded these days, but we have to pay for the war in Iraq somehow.

Sorry it took so long to reply, had to take a long break to work on family matters
Thankfully I am back and agree Greatly with you. It is very sad about the funding. I heard on the news that the school was taking a big cut, teachers, helpers, bus drivers, was all loosing jobs. 
I think schools should come first, take some of the money out of the Big politencers pocket instead of cutting a school budget. My kids came in and said to me, we have to turn off the lights to save money WHAT??
The Crazy thing was, the very Next clip was about giving the govererns and ones in their offices RAISES
