I have an Oxford Ware vase, could anyone tell me about it please?

The vase is 10-11 inches tall, has gold edging and trim. There are 2 small handles faired into the neck. The colour is various shades of green with flowers painted on oposite sides. The mark on the base says Oxford Ware, plus there is a crest that says F & S, ENGLAND, with a central B. There is also a number A145L.
