Gorgeous means Dazzlingly beautiful or magnificent.
Having qualities that delight the eye: attractive, beauteous, beautiful, comely, fair, good-looking, handsome, lovely, pretty, pulchritudinous, ravishing, sightly, stunning.
Sexy mean beautiful & having sex appeal.
Like saying she/ he looks hot, sexy.
