I have only had a few, but I am surprised I didn't die during them. It felt so real and my heart actually hurt the next day from beating so hard! How about you, do you ever have nightmares?

It has been several years since I have had a nightmare. I am so happy that I don't have them because they definitely are not very pleasant. I rarely remember my dreams but when it is a nightmare, I tend to remember it.

Yes the nightmares stay with your conscious a LOT longer than a pleasant dream. I think I have nightmares when I eat right before going to bed or if I watch a horror movie right before bed time. But I haven't experienced that many this year.
